1. Log into your Aclaimant account

2. On your dashboard, click the Incidents tab

  •       You can filter the results by utilizing the various Filters, as well as the keyword search field

Incident status flags:

       -   Submitted = Incident report form has been submitted

       -   Completed = Closed out incident (nothing else to upload or fill out. All tasks have been completed and incident is finished being worked on).

       -   Started = Non-Completed incident

       -   Cancelled = Cancelled incident
