1. Log into your Aclaimant account

2. Under the Tasks tab, check the status flags. These will let you know which tasks are completed and which ones are overdue

3. Complete the task by clicking on it and completing the necessary steps lined out in the task

  • If the task is to fill out a form, clicking on it will take you to the task and give you an option to fill out the form and also add any notes or attach other documents
  • If the task is free-text, clicking on the task will take you to the task and ask you to add a note or attach a document
  • You also have the option of re-opening any completed or cancelled tasks by clicking on the task and clicking Reopen
