Viewing & Updating Organizational Level Information (V3)

💡: To view your organizational profile, your company must be on the V3 Workflow Version of Aclaimant. If you are on V2 version of Aclaimant, this information will not be pertinent to your company.

Updating Organizational Level Information 

💡: This capability allows users to update entities (companies) from a high-level standpoint and allows organizations to store arbitrary bits of information outside of a form (workflow) within Aclaimant. This pertains to users with access and permissions enabled to the "Users" and "Settings" tab. 

1. Navigate to the "Settings" tab under the Company you are looking to make changes and update.

2. Select the "Information" sub-tab within the Settings left-hand pane


3.  Within this tab, there are pre-determined attributes that you will be able to make changes or additions to. This includes options such as DBA Name, Industry Description, Phone Number, Email Address, EIN, NAICS Code, etc. 



4. Once the necessary changes have been made, please ensure the Screen_Shot_2023-03-07_at_1.17.07_PM.png button has been selected to save.
