🚨: Aclaimant has released some new additions within policies. With these new updates, this will allow for greater efficiencies in users' workflows and provide further centralization around documentation.
Within Aclaimant, you can now add labels to policies, as well as upload and download policy documents to policies. With these new updates, this will allow for greater efficiencies in users' workflows and provide further centralization of documentation.
Located within Policies sub-tab, you can navigate to the policy in which you'd like to upload or download policy documents. Under the Policy Period section, this is where you can begin uploading those policy documents. You have the power to upload multiple policy documents under each policy period.
Once the documents have been selected from your device, you now have the ability to select what type of coverage these documents are regarding. This is a multi-select dropdown to ensure you can select that these documents are regarding multiple lines of coverage. See below for an example of how this looks in Aclaimant.
We've also added the ability to add a Label to your policy. This can be found within each Policy upon selecting Edit on the specific policy. This is unique to each policy and is displayed in policy lists and choosers to make it easier to find a particular policy. See below for an example of how this looks in Aclaimant.
