What's New?

🚨: Aclaimant has released a functionality that will merge the "New incident.." and "New safety report" button(s) into one unified button for all workflows. Please note that this feature was released in V3 and affects V3 users at this time. 

A Unified "Create new.." button for all workflows :

We’ve simplified the process of starting a new Incident or Safety report. There is a single “Create new…” button for both Incident and Safety Reports. Your access and permission is taken into consideration upon creation. 

All workflows available to the user are presented on the next page. Incident workflows are displayed first, followed by Safety Reports.

Within each type, workflows are grouped by Category. The optional workflow category can be any text value, and can be configured by your Customer Experience Manager. Workflows without a Category value are displayed together first.

This screenshot demonstrates an example of what a user could see in Aclaimant. You'll notice that some safety reports are under workflow categories. Additionally, please note that incident and safety reports are listed out within one screen.
