Personalization Dashboard includes a user greeting and description of tasks due soon.

Inbox Messages shows a count of Inbox messages and their average age in hours or days. Clicking on the inbox message number will redirect you to the full list of inbox messages inclusive of new and archived messages as well as any that have been moved to trash.

Tasks displays a count of tasks assigned to the current user with breakout counts for overdue tasks and tasks due in the next seven days. The same information is also available for watched tasks. Clicking on the tasks count will redirect you to the full task list inclusive of incomplete, completed and archived tasks for those that are assigned to you and/or being watched.

Assigned and Watched Tasks Due This Week is a table of tasks that are overdue, due today, or due on any of the next six days. They first row shows counts of tasks assigned to the current user and subsequent rows show tasks that are watched by the current user, broken out by assignee. The last column will display tasks completed on-time percentage for greater visibility and accountability.

This feature will be available to all users with current access to the legacy dashboard. Please reach out to your CXM about user permissioning and access.
