🚨: Aclaimant has introduced an additional card to the Dashboard and users can assign safety and incident reports. 

Assign Safety or Incident Reports (V3)

Users can now assign an Incident or Safety Report to another user. The flow is very similar to creating a new Incident or Safety Report, but a new task is created and assigned to the user, along with the specific workflow and an optional message.

This feature will be available to all users that have the permission enabled in the user role along with organizations using the V3 version of Aclaimant. Please reach out to your CXM about user permissioning and access.

Drafts Dashboard Card 

The new Drafts dashboard card displays a count of Incidents or Safety reports in the Draft status, along with a chip showing the average age (in hours or days) of those drafts. Any user who can create will see a count of their own drafts, and those with a role that includes the “Draft access” permission will see others’ drafts included in the total.
