How to Submit a Safety Form to a Contact Group

💡:Only Admin users can submit a safety form.

  1. Log into your Aclaimant account.
  2. Click on the Safety tab.
  3. Select the safety report for which you would like to submit a form.

  4. Click on the Files sub-tab.
  5. Click on the form you would like to submit.

  6. Click on Create a submission.

  7. In the window that pops up, select the appropriate contact and click Send.
