Adding and Uploading Files - V3

💡: While uploading a document can be helpful if you'd like to upload a file in place of filling out a workflow, please chat about this with your CXM.

Upload a Document

Using the "Upload files by dragging and dropping or selecting them" feature allows users to upload a scanned document, in place of filling out a workflow in Aclaimant.

1.  Navigate to the incident

2. Click on the Files sub-tab

3. Drag and drop the file into the "Upload files by dragging and dropping or selecting them" section or choose the document that you'd like to upload in place of filling out a workflow in Aclaimant by clicking on the "selecting them" link.

💡: When uploading related files to an incident, the following information should be considered:

  • File Type (ex: screenshot, .PNG, etc)

  • Contents within the file (ex: sensitive PII)

Based on the above and depending on the contents & file type, this could result in the source not uploading. In turn, this may cause the file to be "blank" or not display information as shown from the original source.

Regenerating a Document

If a change is made to a section in the workflow and that change needs to be reflected in the resulting PDF, you can utilize the "Generate a Document" button in order to regenerate the existing PDF to include those changes

1.  Navigate to the Files sub-tab

2. Click on the "Generate a Document" button
