What was covered:

1. Incidents Module
  • Mobile Field Intake: Submit reports instantly on mobile devices to improve data quality and speed up response times.
  • Task Automation: Manage automated carrier submissions, assign one-off follow-ups, and clear completed tasks.
  • Streamlined Communication: Use @mentions  in Notes, tags, lock sensitive details as Confidential, and utilize the incident’s unique email address to automatically log external threads.
  • OSHA & Timeline Tracking: Log time loss and return-to-work statuses in the Events tab.
  • Files & Custom Views: Track document version history, build saved custom views (e.g., location-based filters), and export detailed CSVs.
  • Inbox Management: Directly convert incoming emails or First Reports of Injury into incident records.
2. Safety Module
  • Proactive Hazard Prevention: Digitalize Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), equipment inspections, and driver observations.
  • Corrective Action Tracking: Auto-generate follow-up tasks from audit results and filter views to "Only My Tasks."
  • In-App AI Assistant: Use the interactive AI chatbot to summarize safety reports, ask contextual questions, and pull up relevant files.
3. Best Practices
  • Personalize Notifications: Adjust settings to receive only relevant alerts.
  • Keep Data Clean: Process draft reports regularly and close out assigned tasks promptly.
  • Use Analytics: Review trend data regularly with your Customer Experience Manager to proactively reduce risks.
