To manually adjust a claim:
- Log into your Aclaimant account.
- From your dashboard, click on the Incidents tab.
- Click on the Claims sub- tab.
- Choose the incident in which you would like to track a claim and click on it.
5. Click on the Claims sub- tab.
6. Click New Claim.
7. Enter the claim number, choose the policy, and choose whether it is open or closed.
8. Click Save
💡: Note: If utilizing Aclaimant's Loss Run service, more information will be added to the claim once we receive the loss run from your carrier.
