How to Find Claims Insights

Want to know which claims are more likely to become a problem? Claim Insights is an add-on that will give your team visual representation of each claim's cost to your company. 

Aclaimant uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to illustrate percentile likeliness that a claim is going to be costly or lengthy. Your risk management team can attack these outliers directly with help from our models that compare industry standards and your historical data. See below for an example of what Claim Insights looks like in within a claim.

How to Find Your Claims Insights:

1. Navigate to your Claims section within the Incidents & Claims tab and select your Claim.

2. You will see your Claim Insights on the Summary page. You can scroll down to see more comparison and prediction models for cost and duration.

About Claim Insight Analytics:

Once Claim Insights are enabled, all actionable data will be provided to you within your Analytics tab. 

This could include information such as total claims reported, total payments made, and average total incurred per closed claim. We also provide visual models for analytics such as Cost Percentile Frequency and Total Incurred by Body Parts Affected. With filters, you can dive deeper! Below is an example of what kind of data can be shown within analytics.
