How to View Company Incidents

  1. Log into your Aclaimant account.
  2. On your dashboard, click the Incidents tab.


You can filter the results by utilizing Custom Views, as well as the keyword search field.

Incident flags help identify where an incident is in the submission process. Below is a list of incident status flags:

  • Submitted = Incident report form has been submitted.
  • Completed = Closed out incident (nothing else to upload or fill out. All tasks have been completed and incident is finished being worked on).
  • Started = Non-Completed incident.
  • Cancelled = Cancelled incident.
