💡: Users that have permissible permissions have the ability to view, edit, and/or search through a company’s incident reports.
To Navigate an Incident Report:
- Log into your Aclaimant account.

Click on the Incidents tab on your dashboard.

From the Incidents tab, find and click on the incident you would like to navigate to.Â

From this view, everything pertaining to this incident is visible.

Under the Summary sub-tab (as seen in the above screenshot), you will see any tasks that needs to be completed and a quick summary of the incident.

Under the Notes sub-tab, you can create new notes or view existing notes. You can also attach or drag and drop files here

Any attachments dropped/uploaded into the Notes sub-tab will also show up in the Files sub-tab).
💡: Every incident in Aclaimant has a unique email address assigned to it. In the screenshot of the Notes tab below, you will see that clicking on the paper airplane will copy the unique email address to your clipboard. You can also click on the "send an email" link, which will open up a window of your default email program. You can use this email address to send or forward emails directly to the Notes sub-tab. Any attachments in the email will also come through, provided that they are not too large to be emailed.-
On the second tab of the Notes, dependent upon your permission, you will have the ability to also send emails directly from Aclaimant to individuals by selecting the "Send an email" tab next to "Add a note" (seen below).
It is important to note that when the email is sent from within this "Send an email" Notes section, the email will be "From" the incident unique email address.Â

More note actions: with proper permissions, users can access more actions within the notes view via the ... in the top right of a note
- Edit: users can only ever edit their own notes
- Reply and Replay All: when a note is created from an email to the unique incident email address users with Incident Note Emailing permissions can reply to the email directly within Aclaimant
- Forward: users with Incident Note Emailing permissions can forward any note via email from Aclaimant

Archive: users with Incident Note Editing permissions can Archive any note
- Within the Archive view, users with Incident Note Editing permission can Restore or Move an archived note to trash
- Move to Trash: users with Incident Note Editing permissions can move any note to trash

The Custom Fields(V2) or Data (V3) sub-tab is configurable to the client. Please reach out to your Customer Experience Manager for any questions on this tab.

 - The Files sub-tab shows all of the PDFs that have been generated and allows you to upload or complete new forms and files. All of the files, forms, images and documents that have been uploaded for this incident also live in this sub-tab.

Downloading a file: users with Incident File Viewing permissions enabled can view and download files. In order to download a file a user can simply select one or more files within the Files tab and select Download.

ÂThe Submissions sub-tab is where you can create a new submission, and also where any submissions that have been created will appear.

If you have purchased the Aclaimant Claims Module and a claim exists for the incident, it will be under the Claims sub-tab. This tab is where you can manage the financials of a claim and add claim information such as adjuster and claim status (open/closed).
