Log into your Aclaimant account
From your Home tab, click on + New in the upper right corner.
Select the form that will become the primary form of the safety report and click Next.
Once you complete filling out the safety report, you will be taken to the summary screen.
- Additional files, documents, and forms can be added by going to the Files sub-tab.
- Next, use the Fill out form or Upload form buttons on the right to complete and upload additional forms.
- Upload other items, for example, files, document and photos by dragging & dropping the items into the grey box or by clicking on the selecting them link and selecting them from the file list.
