Uploading a Form:

  1. Navigate to Incident tab and find the incident you need to upload a form to
  2. Click on the Files sub-tab
  3. Click on the Upload a form button
  4. Select the form and choose a file from your local device

1.  Navigate to the Files sub-tab within an incident.

2. Locate the words Upload files by dragging and dropping or selecting them and choose the file from your local device or drag and drop a file that is applicable to the incident.
