Adding and Uploading Files - V2

💡: For further information on filling out a supplemental form (ie: the "Fill out a form" button), please reference this article.

Uploading a Form:

While using the "Upload a form" button can be helpful if you'd like to upload a scanned file in place of filling out the form electronically in Aclaimant, please chat about this with your CXM if further clarification is needed.

  1. Navigate to Incident tab and find the incident you need to upload a form to
  2. Click on the Files sub-tab
  3. Click on the "Upload a form" button
  4. Select the "form" and choose a "file" from your local device

Uploading Related Files

By utilizing the "Upload files by dragging and dropping or selecting them" function, you have the ability to upload other related files, PDFs (not already configured as a form in Aclaimant), images, and etc. associated to that specific incident.

1.  Navigate to the Files sub-tab within an incident.

2. See "Upload files by dragging and dropping or selecting them" and choose the file from your local device that is applicable to the incident.

💡: When utilizing the "Upload files by dragging and dropping or selecting them" function within an incident, the following information should be considered:

  • File Type (ex: screenshot, .PNG, etc)
  • Contents within the file (ex: sensitive PII)

Based on the above, this could result in the document not uploading. In turn, this may cause the file to be "blank" or not display information as shown from the original source.
