There may be two options for creating an incident within the Aclaimant platform:
Option 1:
This option is for customers on Aclaimant V2, if you are using Aclaimant V3, please go to this article.
- Log into your Aclaimant account.
- Click New Incident on the top right.
- Create the incident report
Option 2: (only available with Inbox enabled)

Send an inbox message through any of these 3 avenues: phone call, text message, email.

From your Aclaimant dashboard, click Inbox.

Find the hotline message in question and click on the title of the message.
- Click Add to incident at the bottom of the inbox message.
- From here you can create a new incident report FROM this message, by clicking the new incident report button on the bottom right, OR you can search for an existing incident to add this message to, by typing a keyword into the search field on the bottom left.
