💡: This article will walk a user through on how to create and export a report that can be a standard report shareable to Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Instructions:
1. Begin by navigating to the Incidents & Claims tab and select the "+" sign next to Custom Views.
2. Upon creating the Custom View, label your report something accurate and descriptive; for example, "BLS Report - Current Year". Add the "Occured On" filter characteristic with the date range of the current year and the "OSHA Recordability" filter characteristic should be "Recordable". From here, select "Create Custom View"
3. Select the cog wheel next to your newly created Custom View (ex: BLS Report - Year). Select "Create report from filter".
4. Ensure that "Detailed Report" and "Location-Based OSHA" are selected. From here, you can select "Create Report".
5. Once "Create report" has been selected. You will be brought into the "Reports" tab where you can "Export CSV file" from there.
