How to Set Up Inbox Messages

💡: Admins with company settings permissions

To set up inbox messages:

  1. Log into your Aclaimant account.
  2. From your dashboard, click the Settings tab.
  3. On the left side menu, click Inbox.

  4. Populate the various fields with the messages you would like to appear when the various inbox message channels are utilized, and the settings you would like turned on. Once ready, select Update Inbox settings.Screenshot
