💡: The summary view offers two ways to review the summarized OSHA data that is broken up by establishment.

Short Summary Table - available only within the Aclaimant platform, it includes four columns of aggregated information about the incident data in each establishment, which comprises of the number of cases, days, and injuries and illnesses.

Exportable CSV Summary File - available as an exportable CSV file via the button on the summary tab. This is a full summary of each establishment with many columns, as specified by OSHA. It is suitable for submitting via OSHA's Injury Tracking Application website. The file can also be opened in Excel to view.
