Tasks

• Tasks are represented by an icon that corresponds to the specific task type: 

Fill out form	Review and accept	Sign Form	Submit Forms	Upload Form	All other types

 

• Additionally, each task icon is badged and/or colored to indicate its current status:

Incomplete	Overdue	Completed	Cancelled

 

Safety reports without Subjects

• Each safety report icon is badged and/or colored to indicate its current status:

Draft	Open	Completed	Cancelled

Safety reports with Subjects

• Each safety report icon is badged and/or colored to indicate its current status:

Draft	Open	Completed	Cancelled

Incidents without Subjects

• Each incident icon is badged and/or colored to indicate its current status:

Draft/Pending	Open	Completed	Cancelled

Incidents with Subjects:

• Each incident icon is badged and/or colored to indicate its current status along with the applicable incident type:
  • Icon will vary depending on what incident type occurred:
    • • If Personal, this icon will appear
      • If Auto, this icon will appear
      • If Property, this icon will appear
      • If Other this icon will appear

• Each incident that has a claim associated with it will have a claims icon located to the very right of that incident record.
