Setting Up the UKG Pro Integration

💡: In this article, we will discuss the steps to take to get the UKG Pro Integration initiated with the Aclaimant team. Aclaimant's integration with UKG Pro is a one-way integration sending data from UKG Pro to Aclaimant. 

Instructions:

1. Within the UKG, navigate into Settings, select Service Account Administration, and select the "+" sign to add a new Service Account User.

2.  From here, you will create a username (e.g aclaimant_integration). You will need to provide this username to Aclaimant. Next, assign an email address to the service account that you team will have access to. 

3. Set the following 5 permissions as seen in the table below. Once permissions have been set, select "Save".

4. Copy the auto-generated password to share back with the Aclaimant team. Once you have saved the password, select "OK".

5. Lastly, navigate into the Web Services section within Settings. Copy the Customer API Key and the Business Intelligence (BI) Web Service Endpoint to share back with Aclaimant.
