Admin users can update a claim record to reflect updates, such as payments, claim number, adjuster, and more.
This help article is meant for clients using the V2/form platform of Aclaimant. If your team is using the Gameplay Questionnaire version, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
To update a claim record:
- Log into your Aclaimant account.
- Click on the Incidents tab.
- Click on the Claims sub-tab.
- Click on the claim that you would like to update. Then, depending on what information you would like to edit, choose either the "summary" tab and click Edit or go to the "reports" tab and click Edit there.
- Edit any information then click Save.
