💡: Admin users can update a claim record to reflect updates, such as payments, claim number, adjuster, and more.
To update a claim record:
Log into your Aclaimant account.
Click on the Incidents tab.
Click on the Claims sub-tab.
Click on the claim that you would like to update. Then, depending on what information you would like to edit, choose either the "summary" tab and click Edit or go to the "reports" tab and click Edit there.
