How to Update a Claim Record

💡: Users typically with administrative access to claims, can update a claim record to reflect updates, such as payments, claim number, adjuster, and more. If applicable to the claim and you'd like to set an adjuster for a claim, please navigate here for further information. 

To update a claim record:

  1. Log into your Aclaimant account.
  2. Click on the Incidents tab.
  3. Click on the Claims sub-tab.


  4. Click on the claim that you would like to update. Then, depending on what information you would like to edit, choose either the "summary" tab and click Edit or go to the "reports" tab and click Edit there.


  5. Edit any relevant information, and click save
