How to Close a Claim

💡: Users with the appropriate permissions can close claims within Aclaimant. This is the process to close a claim manually. 

To close a claim:

  1. Log into your Aclaimant account.
  2. Click on the Claims tab
  3. Find and click on the claim that you would like to close

  4. Click Edit claim on the right

  5. Click on the Closed button

    7. Click Update claim
