How to Close a Claim

💡: Users with the appropriate permissions can close claims within Aclaimant. This is the process to close a claim manually. 

To close a claim:

  1. Log into your Aclaimant account.
  2. Click on the Incidents & Claims tab
  3. Click on the Claims tab on the left side of your screen
  4. Find and click on the claim that you would like to close

  5. Click Edit on the right

  6. Click on the Closed button

    7. Click Update claim
