Embedded Analytics: How to Drill Down & Download Data

💡: Your organization must have Embedded Analytics configured for the ability to Drill Down within your Analytics dashboards. For further clarification or details on your organization's analytics, please chat with your Customer Experience Manager.

How to Drill Down:

1. Within the Dashboard on Analytics, locate the widget that you'd like to drill down on. 

2. Next to the widget, there will be 3 dots in the right hand corner.

3. By selecting "View all data", this will open a pop-up window that will show you all of your data within this specific widget. From here, you can download the data via CSV if desired by selecting the cloud icon in the upper right hand corner.

4. If you'd like to drill into a specific data point on the widget, you can also select the data on the Pie Chart, Bar Graph, or Line Graph. (Tables will not work for this functionality). From here, that same pop-up window will appear and data can be downloaded. 

5. To modify the data within the pop-up window, you can remove/hide columns, reorganize them (drag the column) and sort them by ascending/descending.
