Embedded Analytics: How to Create Widgets

💡: Your organization must have Embedded Analytics configured for the ability to Drill Down within your Analytics dashboards. For further clarification or details on your organization's analytics, please chat with your Customer Experience Manager.

💡: Your role in Aclaimant must be permissible to creating and editing widgets within Analytics. 

💡: Please note that any edits made and further saved on a dashboard, will also update and change for users within a company/collective that have access to the dashboard. 

How to Create Widgets:

1. Select the dashboard in which you'd like to create a new widget for. 

2. Select the   (cogwheel) icon and choose Edit dashboard.

3. Upon selecting Edit this dashboard, at the bottom of your screen will list Add Chart Widget or Add Text Widget. In this example, we will be selecting Add Chart Widget.

4. Give your new widget a Title and select the desired Chart Type.

5. From here, begin adding the desired fields  from either Safety, Incidents, OSHA, Files, Notes, Policies, Claims, etc on the left hand side. Upon selecting them, you see them enter the middle column where you can further configure your data set. In this example, we will be creating a Data Table based on the Count of Safety Reports.

6. Select Save when your widget is ready to be inserted into the dashboard. As a user, you can drag the newly placed widget around the dashboard to appropriately position the widget. 

7. Select Save again in the bottom right corner once widget is in desired placement.
