Embedded Analytics: How to Export Data

💡: Your organization must have Embedded Analytics configured for the ability to Drill Down within your Analytics dashboards. For further clarification or details on your organization's analytics, please chat with your Customer Experience Manager.

How to Export Data on Your Dashboard(s):

There are a few ways a user can export data within Analytics. The first method is by exporting a singular widget. The other option available is to export the entire dashboard which will encompass all widgets. 

Exporting a Singular Widget:

1. Within the Dashboard on Analytics, locate the widget that you'd like to export.
2.  Next to the widget, there will be 3 dots in the right hand corner. Select "Download as PNG" OR "Download as PDF". You can also export tables directly to PDF formatting without exporting. 
3. By selecting "View all data", this will open a pop-up window that will show you all of your data within this specific widget. From here, you can download the data via CSV if desired by selecting the cloud icon in the upper right hand corner.

Exporting Dashboard(s):

1. Locate the dashboard you'd like to export.
2. Situated at the top right corner of the dashboard will be a (cogwheel) icon. Select the cogwheel icon.
3. Select the appropriate exportation method. You can select to export it via PDF or PNG.
