All About Analytics - Cluvio

About analytics 

  • The analytics feature on the Aclaimant website is a very useful and configurable tool for companies that want to keep track of performance statistics. Below is a sample of the Analytics feature.
    • Standard features include:

      • Claims overview

      • Overview activity

      • Safety overview

  • You have the ability to view different time ranges. To set the range you wish to see. Navigate to the Analytics tab. Once you are there. Select 'Time Range'.

  •  Next, after selecting 'Time Range', you will come to a screen where you can choose the date range you wish to see.

  • If you would like to export your data after (or before) selecting a date range, navigate to the cogwheel to the right side of the page. From there, you can export the document to Excel, PDF or an image.

  • If you would like to filter your results by users, navigate to the center of the page where you will find 'Time Range' and 'Users'. From here, you can select a particular user for your search results.

**Examples of analytics that clients can configure their packages to include (but not limited to) are:

  • Loss summaries

  • Incident occurrences (broken down by injury type, injury cause, and by location)

  • Policy summaries
