💡: Using the Notes tab from the Summary page is a great way to track and log correspondence in Aclaimant. Other team members and colleagues can easily access notes and streamline communication effectively.
How to Use Notes in Aclaimant:
- Users can create notes on an incident for other users and admins to read and review utilizing the Notes tab.
- Users have the ability to attach files or use the unique email address to send information to that specific incident.
- Once the note details have been input, select "Add Note" to add the current note to the diary of existing notes.
**An entry can be made confidential utilizing the lock icon.
How to Use Email from Notes in Aclaimant:
- Using the same steps as above, users can now add a note and send it as an email at the same time. This feature requires a new Role permission for each of Incidents, Safety reports, Locations, and Assets.
- It is important to note that when the email is sent from within this Notes section, the email will be "From" the incident unique email address.
- Once you have entered your email in, select Send.
- Once the email has been sent, you will find that the email has been transferred into the Notes section below for you.
- If an individual responds to the email you've sent from Aclaimant, your email address will be automatically added as a "CC" for you to receive responses.
