Configuring Notification Delivery

💡:Choose how to receive notifications, in the app, to your email inbox, or on your phone.

  • In addition to your notifications list, you can have new notifications delivered to you within or outside of Aclaimant.

Unread notifications can be delivered in five ways:

  1. UI alerts are instant, and appear in the app.
  2. Daily emails are sent every morning at 9:00am Eastern.
  3. Weekly emails are sent on Monday mornings at 9:00am Eastern.
  4. Right away emails are sent within a few minutes.
  5. SMS messages are sent approximately every 15 minutes.

To review or change your notification settings, click on your name on top right hand corner and go into Settings. 

Within Settings, navigate to Notifications
