💡 Tasks are vital for tracking and completing action items efficiently. We offer diverse ways to view tasks, ensuring flexibility and ease in managing your workload. Explore the following methods to seamlessly stay on top of your assignments:
- Tasks via the Blue Ribbon–Aclaimant's Preferred Method:
- Navigation:
- Select Tasks within the blue ribbon in the upper left-hand corner.
- This action will bring you to the Task page where you can view your assigned tasks by status: Incomplete, Completed, Cancelled, and tasks you are Watching.
- Select Tasks within the blue ribbon in the upper left-hand corner.
- Navigation:
- Tasks via the Notification Bell:
- Navigation:
- Select the Notification Bell icon next to your name within the upper right-hand of the blue ribbon
- This action will bring you to your Notifications Page where you'll be able to view all open tasks by Task Change, Task Reminders, or Tasks Overdue.
- Select the Notification Bell icon next to your name within the upper right-hand of the blue ribbon
- Aclaimant offers task notifications via email. Users with this enabled would be able view tasks assigned to them listed within the body of the email. Learn more about notifications and configuring them.

- Select the Incidents & Claims tab
- Within the left pane, select Tasks
- This action will generate all tasks you are permitted to view. From here, you have the ability to view specific tasks by selecting the "View Task" button or the "Start task" button depending on the type of task.
