🚨: Aclaimant has introduced additional cards to the Dashboard and AI Incident Summaries.

Recent Incidents & Safety Reports Dashboard Card

We’ve added two new cards to the company dashboard. Users with permission to view incidents will see the Incidents card. The default tab, “Today” shows a count of all incidents reported or updated today, with additional tabs to expand the timeframe to the last 7 days or 30 days.

To the right of the aggregate count are two pills showing the count of new incidents reported or updated, respectively. Each pill is a link the the list view of those incidents. Only incidents updated by a user are included in the count.The Safety report card works the same way, but for safety reports.

AI Incident Summary (V3 Only)

We've added a new AI powered incident summary feature.  Users can request a summary, which is created each time from the current incident data. This can be enabled within your organization if interested. Please contact your CXM for further details and assistance.
