🚨: Aclaimant has rolled out a series of updates designed to simplify your workflow, improve data accuracy, and give you deeper insights into your insurance programs.

 

Scheduled Tasks

You can now schedule free-text tasks on a recurring cadence.

  • Set it and Forget it: Perfect for monthly compliance filings or quarterly reviews.

  • Improved Visibility: View all scheduled items under a unified Schedules settings tab and manage them easily within the My Tasks view.

 Signatures on Public Forms

You can now collect signatures on public fillout tasks! When a user opens the signature panel, the rest of the form fades into the background, allowing the signer to focus on the task at hand without needing a full account login.

Enhanced Policy Management

Managing complex policies just got easier with more detail and less manual math.

  • New "Invoice Details" Section: Opt-in to a dedicated space for fee and tax inputs.

  • Automatic Calculations: No more calculators. Fields like Net Premium, Calculated Commission, and Gross Invoice Total now update instantly as you enter data.

  • Interactive Tower Diagrams: Hover over any part of your tower diagram to see full policy details (carrier, limits, etc.). We’ve also added a "No Coverage" legend to clearly identify gaps in your program.

  • One-Click Renewals: Use the new Renew button to clone an existing policy. It carries over the core data while leaving period-specific fields blank for you to update.

 Inbox "Processed" Folder

Never lose track of an email again. When you attach an inbox message to an incident, it now moves to a Processed folder.

  • View on Incident: Quickly jump from the message directly to the linked incident.

  • Sync’d Actions: Deleting or archiving a message in one view automatically updates it in the other.

 Advanced Cost Allocation

We’ve upgraded our Allocation module to support complex, real-world data.

  • Exposure-Based Weighting: Instead of a simple "flat" split, you can now allocate costs based on loaded location data (like payroll, sales, or square footage).

  • Weighted Formulas: Apply sophisticated logic—for example, splitting a premium based on 80% sales and 20% payroll across multiple locations.

  • New Exposure Types: We’ve added five new types to track, including Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Hours Worked/Billed.
