Customizable Home & Navigation Updates
The main landing page has been redesigned to allow users to personalize their daily workspace, along with streamlined navigation terms:
Updated Navigation: The landing page upon signing in is now named Home, and the Analytics tab has been renamed Dashboards. All existing bookmarks and links automatically route to the updated pages.
Customizable Home Layouts: Drag, resize, or hide widgets on your Home page to focus on the information that matters most to you.
Saved Views & Sharing: Save custom arrangements as personal views or share them across specific roles or your entire organization.
Collective Home Support: Collective users can now view aggregated data across companies on a fully customizable Home page, with the option to share standardized views across member companies.
The updates above allow team members to tailor their daily workspace to their specific role and easily share optimized views across teams and field users. If you are interested in enabling customizable Home views for your organization, please contact your Customer Experience Manager directly.
Direct Dashboard Navigation via Tasks
Tasks can now seamlessly direct users to a specific analytics dashboard upon opening, streamlining action items and reporting workflows:
Direct Analytics Linking: When creating a company task or a task schedule, select Open a link as the action and pick the desired dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown. Tasks maintain their unique titles and descriptions to provide context on what to review.
One-Click Access & Automated Completion: Assignees can open the dashboard with a single click—either from the task notification email or the Open link button within the app. Upon arrival, the task is automatically marked as complete.
Flexible Viewer Permissions: Assignees can access and view the linked dashboard directly through their assigned task, even if their user role normally lacks analytics access or if the dashboard is restricted. Assignees retain the ability to manually check off or reopen the task, while watchers and admins can follow the link without marking the task complete.
Note: When configuring a task, users can only select from dashboards they currently have permission to view.
