What’s New:
Centralized Tasks Hub: A new top-level Tasks tab aggregates all scheduled and one-off tasks across every model (Incidents, Safety Reports, Assets, etc.) into a single, permission-gated view.
Simplified Creation & Scheduling: Create manual, company-level tasks instantly via the New Task button or use the AI Assistant. You can also link directly to task schedules without diving into Settings, with clear visibility into execution dates and "Stopped" statuses.
"My Tasks" Filter: On the summary tabs of incidents, claims, safety reports, assets, and locations, you can now toggle a My Tasks view. This isolates your specific assignments from the rest of the team's workload.
