Product Release: Week of June 22nd, 2026

🚨: The Aclaimant team has rolled out a new set of updates focused on better collaboration, cleaner data views, and a smoother compliance experience.

@Mentions in Notes

To support faster team collaboration and immediate communication, Aclaimant notes now support user mentions. This feature allows users to easily pull other team members into the context of an event or file.

  • How it works: Anywhere you can add a note in the system (including incidents, claims, safety, assets, and more), simply type the @ symbol followed by a name to pull up a searchable list of users.

  • Notification Flow: Once tagged, the user's name will appear highlighted inside the note. The tagged individual will receive a "mentioned you in a note" in-app notification linking them directly back to the note with its full context preserved.

  • Email Alerts: If the user has immediate email alerts enabled (turned on by default for mentions), they will also receive a real-time copy via email.@Mention Feature Release.gif

This feature requires no manual configuration or feature flags and is live for all users today.

Analytics Dashboard Improvements

We have introduced a set of visual and navigational improvements to Analytics dashboards to optimize screen real estate and grant users greater layout flexibility.

  • Full-Width Layout: Dashboards now utilize the full screen width for a cleaner, more data-dense view. With these enhancements, the "Beta" tag has been officially removed.

  • Searchable "More" Dropdown: When you have more dashboards pinned than can comfortably fit on a single screen row, excess dashboards will now collapse into a searchable More dropdown instead of wrapping into multiple rows.

  • Dashboard Management: Users with authorized dashboard creation permissions can now build new dashboards, delete blank ones, and seamlessly drag-and-drop to reorder their tabs using the brand new Arrange modal.@Mention Feature Release (1).gif

OSHA Annual Hours and Headcount Form Auto-Save

To match the rest of the OSHA workflow across the platform, the OSHA annual hours and headcount form now saves automatically as you work. This quality-of-life update prevents data loss and creates a seamless completion process.

  • Background Syncing: Changes are synced field-by-field as you make them. This removes the reliance on the traditional "Save" button, which could previously be missed when editing near the bottom of a page.

  • Save Progress Indicators: An "unsaved changes" indicator will display active saving progress while you work, and the system automatically flushes all pending edits to secure your data before you navigate away from the page. OSHA Enhancements GIF.gif
