🚨:The Aclaimant team has rolled out a new set of updates focused on improving communication in Notes, streamlining how you manage files in Policies, enhancing AI interactions, and updating OSHA compliance mappings.
Send and Reply From a Shared Email Address
You can now send emails from Notes using configurable company email addresses, keeping your personal email private and centralizing all replies within Aclaimant.
Shared Team Inboxes: Select a company "from" address or your record's Aclaimant address when composing or replying so incoming emails route directly to the team instead of your personal inbox.
Seamless Email Threading: Keep entire communication threads visible inside Aclaimant without splitting activity across individual mailboxes.
Easier Recipient Suggestions: Select recipients quickly with built-in user suggestions, now available to all users without requiring admin or user-management permissions.
The example above demonstrates selecting a shared company address when sending an email from a Note. You will need to contact your CXM to configure the "From" address.
Centralized Documents Tab for Policies
Policies now feature a dedicated Documents tab that lists every document attached across all of your company's policies—making it easier to find files without opening policies one by one.
Unified Search & Filtering: Quickly locate certificates, endorsements, and other attachments using search and file attribute filters, similar to the Files tab on incidents and claims.
Direct Parent Links: Easily jump to the originating policy directly from the document list or from the file's details card.
Consistent Record Views: Enjoy a familiar experience with parent details cards matching those found on files for incidents and other record types.
The example above demonstrates how the new Documents tab displays policy attachments and allows you to search, filter, and link directly to parent policies.
File Attachments & Context Indicator in AI Assistant
You can now attach files directly to the AI Assistant and easily track your conversation's context window usage in real time.
File Attachments: Drag and drop, paste, or upload images and documents directly into the composer for the AI Assistant to read and analyze as part of your conversation.
Persistent Attachments: Uploaded files stay saved with your conversation thread, allowing you to easily reopen and reference them anytime.
Context Usage Tracker: Monitor model limits with a new visual context-usage ring in the header that clearly shows how much of the context window is being used.
The example above demonstrates attaching files directly into the AI Assistant composer and viewing your real-time context window usage in the header.
Mappable OSHA Establishment Types
OSHA ITA filings now support dynamic Establishment Type selections (State Government, Local Government, or Non-government) rather than defaulting exclusively to Non-government.
Accurate Reporting: State and local government entities can now file correctly with OSHA without being incorrectly categorized as private sector.
Smart Fallback: Filings will automatically default to Non-government if no specific establishment type is selected, ensuring backward compatibility.
