Product Release: Week of August 31st, 2026

🚨: Aclaimant has released automatic Duplicate Incident Detection and AI-generated Next Steps for Answer Bundles!

Duplicate Incident Detection

We’ve introduced real-time checks to catch potential duplicate incidents, safety reports, assets, and locations during data entry—helping maintain accurate records without disrupting your workflow.

  • Instant Alerts: View an immediate prompt upon saving a potential match, notify authorized team members automatically, or review flagged records later in the Possible Duplicates section on the record itself.

  • Cross-Company Matching: Leverages your workflow's pre-configured search fields to match records across sibling companies within the same collective.

  • Smart Resolution: Authorized users can settle pairings by keeping one record and canceling the rest, or marking false positives as "not a duplicate." Aclaimant remembers your decision so the same pair will not resurface on subsequent saves.

AI Next Steps for Answer Bundles

We’ve streamlined how insights are delivered on your records to help you take action immediately after reading a summary.

  • Actionable Next Steps: Answer bundles now generate a short list of actionable recommendations alongside the summary, located directly on the record’s Summary tab so you're never left at a dead end.

  • Interactive Refinement: Generated in a single click without opening the AI Assistant interface. If the output needs adjusting, simply click open the underlying conversation from the card to request changes (e.g., make it shorter or focus on prevention) and the card will update dynamically in place.

  • Unified AI Assistant Access: Summaries and next steps now run through the main AI Assistant customer feature flag under the hood. Individual summary toggles have been removed from the feature flags page, and existing summary users are automatically migrated so workflows continue without interruption.Next Steps.gif

The example above demonstrates how AI-generated next steps appear alongside record summaries and can be refined on the fly through the AI Assistant conversation card.
