🚨: Aclaimant has released some new additions within Notes, Claims management, and AI powered workflows.
What's New?
Outlook Message Files
We've added an option for Outlook Message files (.msg) uploaded to an Incident (or Safety report, Asset, or Location) to be converted into Notes. They will appear in the Notes tab in chronological order based on the date they were originally sent, and include all header details (Subject, To, From, CC, BCC) and attachments.
Outlook Message files can be converted as they are uploaded, or later on from the File detail view.
Transaction Management:
Users can now Create, edit, and delete claim transactions from within the Claims section of Aclaimant. Navigate next/previous through the claim transactions list, and Save and add another or Save and close. This functionality requires a new “Transaction editing” Role permission, found under Claims. We’ve also introduced a new “Transaction viewing” permission to help customers manage access to potentially sensitive data.
AI Powered Workflow Ability: (V3 Only)
We've added a new AI powered summary feature for a workflow. Artificial Intelligence right in your Workflow! Some example applications include suggesting corrective action plans, giving risk management recommendations, and composing example emails.
