Product Release: Week of March 16th, 2026

🚨: We’ve enhanced Aclaimant with Extended Policy Fields to power our new "Policy Complex" module, allowing for seamless tracking of intricate insurance structures. Additionally, we’ve overhauled the Claims module with a modernized layout and more intuitive navigation to streamline your daily workflow

Extended Policy Fields Module

Managing sophisticated insurance structures just got easier. We’ve introduced a suite of extended fields specifically designed for complex policies, allowing you to track granular details that were previously difficult to capture.

  • Comprehensive Policy Details: Track new data points like Master Policy Numbers, Parent Carriers, and Market types.

  • Broker Detail Section: A dedicated space for broker information, including automated fields for commission percentages and fee structures.

  • Advanced Policy Layers & Terms: New sections for tracking "Policy Layers" (including Quota Share % and Attachment Points) and "Policy Terms" (such as Retro and Tail dates).

  • Flexible Limits & Deductibles: Easily manage Additional Limits, Sublimits, and unique Retention structures within a multi-entry interface.

For more specifics on these policy fields, please contact your Customer Experience Manager.

Claims Module

  • Renamed to from "Claims Reports" to "Claim Snapshot Reports":  A clearer name that accurately describes the "point-in-time" data you're viewing.
  • Modernized Layout: We’ve replaced cluttered vertical lists with a sleek horizontal table and moved data entry into a pop-up modal to keep your workspace tidy.

The Result: A faster, more focused experience that shows you exactly what you need!
